Flosona Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Effective Date: 23rd January 2026

This Data Processing Agreement forms part of the agreement between Flosona and the Client regarding the processing of personal data under applicable data protection laws.

1. Definitions

  • Controller: The Client
  • Processor: Flosona
  • Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person
  • Processing: As defined under applicable data protection laws

2. Subject Matter and Duration

Processor will process personal data on behalf of Controller for the duration of the Service agreement.

3. Processing Details

  • Subject Matter: Business management and operational data
  • Duration: For the term of the Service agreement
  • Nature of Processing: Collection, storage, transmission, and analysis
  • Categories of Data Subjects: Clients, customers, employees, contractors, end users
  • Types of Personal Data: Contact details, financial data, communication data

4. Obligations of Processor

  • Process data only on documented instructions.
  • Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures.
  • Assist Controller with data subject rights and breach notifications.
  • Ensure confidentiality of personnel.

5. Sub-processors

Processor may engage sub-processors with Controller's prior consent.

6. Data Transfers

Where Personal Data is transferred outside the Customer's jurisdiction, Flosona shall ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

7. Security Measures

Processor commits to industry-standard security controls.

8. Data Breach Notification

Processor will notify Controller without undue delay upon becoming aware of a personal data breach.

9. Deletion or Return of Data

Upon termination of the Service, Flosona shall delete or return Personal Data, unless retention is required by law.

10. Audit Rights

Controller may audit Processor's compliance with this DPA.

11. Governing Law

This DPA shall be governed by the same law as the Terms and Conditions.


Flosona Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Effective Date: 23rd January 2026

This SLA outlines the service levels Flosona commits to providing to its clients.

1. Service Availability

Flosona aims for 99.9% uptime monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance.

2. Scheduled Maintenance

Maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Incident Response

  • Critical issues: Response within 12 hours.
  • High priority: Response within 24 hours.
  • Medium priority: Response within 2 business days.
  • Low priority: Response within 3 business days.

4. Support

Support is available via email at support@flosona.com during business hours.

5. Performance

Flosona strives to maintain optimal performance and scalability.

6. Reporting

Clients may request service reports quarterly.

7. Exclusions

This SLA does not cover issues caused by Client misuse, third-party services, or force majeure.

8. Remedies

If service levels are not met, Clients may be eligible for service credits as defined in the subscription agreement.
